Definitely the underdogs the Knights fought hard in the final after defeating Northview soundly in the semifinals on Friday night (60-48). It was a tall order to ask as once again Milton "reloaded" drawing talent from other schools after losing several seniors from last year. The final score was 73-100. Next season (2012-13) Milton moves to region 5.

This was the teams 3rd loss to the Lady Hornets this season. Though it was their tightest fought effort. The girls ended their up and down season with an overall record of 11-14.

With that win the Knights clinch a spot in the state playoffs and will compete with Northview on Friday at West Forsyth High School, the region tournament host school. The other semi-final game is between Alpharetta and Milton. Fineto Lunguana Hit 4 3's in the 1st quarter (finished with 16) and the Knights never looked back, winning 85-49. Charles Pack scored 10 and had 5 assists, Michael Pack had 11, and Will Perry led the great bench play as the Knights rolled.
